Spectramed Ergometrix - Not following Consumer rights procedures

<p>I was informed by Ergometrix that they was instructed by Spectramed to collect outstanding moneys from me. Spectramed never demanded outstanding moneys from me or advise of payments due date nor did they warn me that I will be handed over to debt collection. Not following the correct procedure to collect outstanding fees feels like unfair practise and against consumer rights. Now I'm liable for collection fees that I wasn't informed about. </p>
