Spectramed double debit a second time

I am appalled by Spectramed. February they debited my account with R 6000.00 and after I queried it I was told that we in credit now and that for the month of March no deduction will be made. Well to my surprise today another R 7 284.00. I called now and was advised that it is for the month of February and March!! what bull **** is that? My account is overdrawn and I am holding Spectramed liable for bank charges. If this is how they conducting business I am sure going to find another medical aid scheme
