Spectramed bad service

On the 7th of June 2017 Spectramed send me an email stating i need to contact them because there is a amount due to be paid to me on their system. I contacted them and they required a copy of my ID and bank statement. Since then i wrote them a couple of emails , contacted them twice, but no luck , they never respond , just ignore me . Once you owe them, they are quick to summons you but when they have to pay up you get ignored.
