Spectramed BAD Medical Aid

My wife joined the medical aid with my two daughters. My wife is put on awaiting period for chronic meds.We only recently found out that my daughter is bipolar.she has never had any problems. Now the medical aid has suspend the membership, and nothing can be used. they are accuse us of lying.They have a full report of date of diagnosed but yet they are looking for any excuse not to support the benefits they promised.We have been paying every month as we promised and still paying but no medical aid.The chronic medication is expensive and desperately needed.Is this what we must expect in South Africa that we will get ********** at every turn. SPECTRAMED stop looking for stupid excuses not to provide the service you promised.
