Spectramed and Ergometrix

On the 15th December and 18th December I sent two emails awaiting response from a Spectramed accounts department member. Still to this current day 4 February 2016 I have had no joy in not one of the accounts departments contacting me back.<br> Spectramed according to Ergometrix, have handed over an account to them that was unpaid, and I'm told this was my fault, due to the fact that the debit order bounced from my side. We have three debit orders with Spectramed that are taken off every month for medical aid. For some unknown reason my amount was not debited. I have proof from my side that there was sufficient funds in the account for the amount to be debited. <br> Spectramed made no attempted to contact me to inform me of this, and have handed over the account to Debt collectors, to which now I am receiving SMS's that if the amount due is not paid, i will be listed on the Credit Bureau and blacklisted.<br> When i attempted to contact Spectramed and ask for proof that the error was in fact from on my side and that I had no funds available for the debit order to be taken off, No one can provide me with such proof. Not one call from Spectramed or an email? Yet its too easy to just BLACKLIST??<br>
