REFUNDS!!!!!!

<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p>Please help me. </p> <p>I cancelled my medical aid with Spectramed about 8 months ago (or longer) and to my dismay was the worst thing to do. First I get a letter stating I am being handed over for bad dept. They were going to blacklist me. Then I get an apology letter saying they are so sorry for making this mistake. WOW! I am lucky I thought.</p> <p>Was I wrong again? That was money actually owed to me (savings account) which was supposed to be paid back to me by the beginning of November. Well it is the middle of February and nothing yet. They lying to everybody and not even returning the emails send to them. Have a look on Hello Peter and see how many people are complaining about them. It is not just me. So if the Medical Council can’t help all of us then the next best thing to do is go to Carte Blanche and see what happens to the credibility of SPECTRAMED AND AGILITY!!!!!</p> <p>I am tired of speaking to *********** people that don't know what's happening in their own company and they just don't care if you get hold of them. I have never been treated like this before but they say there is always a first time for everything, well not today!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Your assistance will be much appreciated as always.</p>
