I do not understand how I myself can submit a claim and instead of Spectramed reimbursing me they actually instead pay the provider? When speaking to the call centre i get transferred from one department to the other and no one actually knows what a PMB Condition is?? Its a joke, they keep on arguing its Chronic which my daughter is not registered for and I keep on trying to explain that it is not Chronic and they still insist it is??
