PAY FOR NOTHING

<p>I was with Spectramed for a few years, ever since I was with them they didn't pay for a thing, I went to the doctor just for them to tell me that MY wondefull medical aid Spectramed didn't pay for my visits at all and that I need to pay R900.00 then and there, but at that time it was all I've got and I had to pay for it - when I needed Meds they didn't pay I always had to pay cash for that as well, so I moved to a new Medical aid Discovery that will actually cover my important stuff like glasses and and , months has passed and gone just to get a sms from the Credit Bureau that Spectramed handed me over to them as there is a outstanding amount of R 1951.35 that I did not pay!!!!And if I don't settle this amount they will hand me over to the Attorneys,,,I paid more then this every single time, really the day I told them I am moving medical aids they never told me that anything is outstanding , I really think this is poor service they are supposed to take care of us when someting happen how can they do that if you have to pay for everything!!! Since day one I paid for a Medical aid that did nothing for me, I paid everything now all of the sudden I owe them money and now they are taking actions not fair at all.</p>
