pay back the money
I changed my option from Cyan to Aqua due to my husband being retrenched.The service I have had from Spectramed has been good until now ,I have battled to get my refund, the lady who handles it , keeps giving different excuses . Next month next week , but they will pay . I got told this morning it will be paid at the end of the week , then a mail arrived and said it will be handed to the people dealing with this . It has taken 1year and 2 months for this .PAY BACK THE MONEY .
