Pathetic Service

I contacted the call centre today to request my contribution certificate for the 2018 tax year only to be told that it will only be available in 1 month's time. I spoke to a lady called Jocelyn. This is totally unacceptable. Submissions for personal tax open at SARS on 1 July 2018 and I wanted to submit early. Now I am prejudiced because of your incompetence. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that they are all in a meeting. I then tried to contact the chairmans line but it was permanently engaged. So much for him bragging about his availability!! I then contacted the administrators - Agility Health and spoke to Thandeka . She promised to put me through to a manger. Afetr waiting for 15 minutes for someone to answer the ringing phone I gave up. Get your act together!
