Pathetic Medical SCHEME
I arranged pre-authorization for a procedure...went for the procedure...received a letter that states Spectramed declined procedure....send mail to enquire with no response to this day...phoned them and spent 35mins on the phone for them to tell me I dont exist on their records (searched by ID nr and medical aid nr.) I told them to contact me asap with the reason and a solution...no call to this day.
