Passing the BUCK NOT taking responsibility

Again we have been trying to sort medical stuff out with Spectramed which we thought Ferdoshia would help however it was one email after another sent for replies. As we all know sending emails back and forth does not help. Case started on the 16.02.2015 and till today nothing has been sorted out. Its very frustrating as when it comes to collect the monthly premium they not a second late to collect. When you actually need help they just send the one email to another department does not even have the decency to pick a phone up to give you feedback. Its actually to get sick off.<br> <br> I will NEVER recommend anyone to use this medical aid.
