Paid for no service

Good day.<br> <br> My daughter was born on 28 July 2015 and I added her on 03 August 2015 . but was called to pay R570 otherwise she wasn't covered. now I see they made her effective date from 01 July and not 01 August. so I paid a premium for nothing. They say they cant change it.<br> <br> I also handed claims in that I paid for R 5800 , they rejected it , but I sent it again , I was called by a lady who said she will look into it , but nothing heard again.<br> <br> I also had to call them on numerous ocatations to pay providers , that took 4 months. But now they want the last premium , I cant pay 2 medical aids.
