Not my fault but I run the risk!?

Been a member with Spectramed for a long time 5 - 6 years... Blessed with a child on the 20th February he got added to the scheme. Quote from the phone \everything is fine and your account will be updated". <br> <br> To my surprise today 16th March I get a message your account has been suspended due to an outstanding balance. This is interesting because I dont push money to spectramed they pull money.<br> <br> So because spectramed didnt update their debit orders I went 16 days without cover. Heaven forbid something did happen in those 16 days my account was suspended and i would not have been covered...<br> <br> Very sad because it has been a good run till now but I cannot accept this"
