Non payments
On 16/7/15 I've sent Quotes to Spectramed for dental procedures. Only to hear from Jackie on mail that most of the codes are not covered. Like Dr's Fee, Lab etc. I tried to phone her yesterday only to hear that she left, so i left a message for a call back. This morning i've phoned again only to hear that she doesn't have a direct line. Strange how difficult it is to get hold of a certain person. I need my query sorted out as i want to know why Spectramed doesnt pay for some codes.And I need to know if i must cancel my dentist appointment and maybe my medical aid too. The procedure are R15202.24, where Spectramed pay R3412.70 and i have to pay R11 789.54. So why do I pay R5300.00 monthly instalment for Spectramed. This is truly unbelievable and riduculous. I think that this is daylight roberry.
