Non payment of savings after 7 months

I resigned from Spectramed as at the end of March 2015 due to financial reasons. As per the medical aid rules the amount due by the scheme will be paid to the member 5 months after such termination. Hence this has not happend and we are now entering the 7th month. I am a pensioner and is relyinig solely on this pay out which is nearly R20 000. I have contact ed the call centre numerous times as well as the client officer Letuka Thapo who informed me by email on the 14/09/2015 MY money will be deposited / reflect by the 30th of September 2015, alas there is still nothing reflecting. I feel that i need to take this further and lay a charge of theft against Spectramed and I will be reporting this to the Ombudsmin.
