NON PAYMENT OF ACCOUNT
I am a diabetes registered patient as well as my husband. One Health a affiliate of Spectramed<br> told me to go for blood tests to continue with the supply of the insullien. A lady by the name<br> of Ciska told us to go - it is a seperate benefit under the diabetes program. It will not affect your<br> savings account. Went on 27.11.2015 - NOW SPECTRAMED SAID NO FUNDS. PHONED THEM<br> EVERY WEEK - PORTIA PHONED ME BACK - PROMISED ME TO ADVISE OUTCOME. CISKA<br> ALSO TOLD THEM TO PAY. TO DATE NO PAYMENT - I PHONED TODAY AND THEY TOLD ME<br> NO FUNDS AVAILABLE. THEY REFUSE TO PUT THE CLAIM THROUGH UNDER THE DIABETES<br> PROGRAM. WHY DO THEY OFFER THIS BENEFIT IF THEY REFUSE TO PAY?
