No Tax Certificate
I am in need of my 2011 tax certificate. Due to an administration change Spectramed can not supply me with one. Apparently I need to go to the police station and get an affidavit stating this. What amount do I put onto this affidavit for tax purposes. I'm no lawyer but as far as I know its law to keep these documents for 5 years.
