NO response and NO service

Spectramed has gone down bad over the last two years. I called for authorization to be booked into hospital and i got a number. Now they declined payment saying i did not get authorization. I tried calling them for days and no-one picks up. The last 8 months i have been emailing them for declined bills to put onto Tax and no response. Eventually after 1 hour i get through and they give me the email address again to email. Now they say I am suspended for not having a DEBIT ORDER and i need to pay a whole month upfront. R1700.00. I have been on a debit order for 2 years. Non of the benefits they have listed either are being paid,, they get deducted from my savings which is only R2000.00 a year. They are now a joke. disgusting !
