<p>I sent a claim to the address as on ********** <p>Don’t even receive an acknowledgement that email was received.</p> <p>Sent a mail again a week later, still no confirmation of receipt.</p> <p>Claim rejected. No email as to explain why.</p> <p>Had to call and spent 45 minutes on the line to get a reason as to why.</p> <p>Why not send an email to the idiot who sent it to you so he can resolve the issue.</p> <p>Probably because your time is precious, so is mine.</p> <p>Nor bad service for receiving R6000 a month from me.</p> <p>Strange the email I sent just now I got an acknowledgement that it was received.</p>
