No authorization!! Still wishing!!

We contacted spectramed on Tuesday, they required a motivation letter. The doctor sent it through, we emailed a motivation letter through to spectramed at 8am yesterday.<br> Heard nothing...I followed up this morning and They said they didn't get it. I re-emailed it ten times to the same email..still nothing. I have proof . Eventually emailed to a personal address there. They said they now needed a clearer letter. If they had contacted me yesterday it would not be a rush, he goes in tomorrow!!!!<br> Now I have emailed the correct letter and I must wait for 2 hours again?<br> I said I want to talk to a manager, had to fight with call centre lady to put me though to one???.was on hold for 21 minutes.<br> <br> The manager is getting back to me..again I wait.<br> <br> What shocking service.
