My Medical Savings - 7 months later and Spectramed giving me the run around

<p>To whom it may concern, Is there anyone that can confirm when my Medical Savings will be paid out. I am at the end of month 7 of the waiting period, according to the Medical Scheme Act funds are held for 4 months and paid out in the 5th month. I have been phoning the Scheme, and speaking to call centre agents who seem to be giving me the run around. I have spoken to Thandiwe Sibeko, Thato and now a lady named Mathabo Thabo who have all given me empty promises. Please advise when this payment will be made ASAP as I have been more than accommodating with Spectramed and to my disappointment no one has assisted me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards Thandeka</p>
