Monies owed to client!!!!!!

Going to the end of January</p> <p> </p> <p>To whom it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>I cancelled my medical aid with Spectramed about 6 months ago and to my dismay was the worst thing to do. First I get a letter stating I am being handed over for bad dept. They were going to blacklist me. Then I get an apology letter saying they are so sorry for making this mistake. WOW. I am lucky I thought.</p> <p>Was I wrong again? That was money actually owed to me (savings account) which was supposed to be paid back to me by the beginning of November. Well it is the beginning of December and nothing yet.</p> <p>I am tired of speaking to *********** people that don't know what's happening in their own company and they just don't care. I have never been treated like this before but they say there is always a first time for everything, well not today!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Your assistance will be much appreicated as always</p>
