Medical money pit

<p>I'm a diabetic. This means that I have to get medication every month. I get a 6 month script that I submit to the medical that they approve (email confirmation). Every single time I go to pickup my meds there are issues. The company is so bad that they got another company that approves half the medication. The call centre rarely picks up. The agents are rude and untrained and have no idea what's going on and usually hangs up without resolving any issues. Your email will get answered after 2 weeks with very vague instructions. If you need to give money to somebody without getting anything back in return this is the place to do it. Even cancelling my medical aid was a challenge for these people. </p>
