*********** staff handling claims and passing buck

My wife is currently receiving treatment for Cancer. Registered with Spectramed on their Oncology program.<br> After various attempts to get claims paid to the Oncology department as well as to Lancet Laboratories who are responsible for the blood test I still have no idea when accounts will be settled.<br> Accounts to the oncologist outstanding since January 2015 and since April 2015 with the laboratory.<br> <br> We had to pay the laboratory last month prior to taking blood for the tests else they would not do the test.<br> Payment was made up to April as this was what they requested although the medical aid has authorized the treatments. Authorization numbers 7967 for Oncology and 7396 for Lancet Labs.<br> <br> I have had numerous telephone calls to the staff as well as to Nathan who is the supervisor. Every time I get an answer that they will revert with an answer that same day but to no avail. Will now also take this up with the Board of Medical aids.
