Getting information out of Spectramed

I almost posted a smiley face because the service you receive from Spectrasmed is a joke. Me and my wife tried on numerous occasions to contact Spectramed to get our Tax Information Certificate for the SARS season that opens the 1st of July. the financial year ended end of February but this info is not available from July. Or so they say. Is there anything we can do? Can we report them to SARS. I'm trying to get hold someone with authority, but none of their numbers are working. You can only speak to the call center and according to them, nobody is available. Spectramed, you suck
