Getting authorization for hip replacement dramaa

I tried to get authorization for this hip replacement since 26th September. Spectramed makes it as difficult as possible for you with list and list of requirements and not getting back to you. Today I was informed that the prosthesis that the doctor uses is too expensive. this is what the dotor uses for all the hip replacements he has done and it is very successful. Spectramed would rather want to find a cheaper option than the better solution. It seems that they would to rather be cheap and nasty than do the correct thing.
