Frustrated & Annoyed

To get a simple Claims Report has been an absolute mind game. I have had to call back 5 times over the last 2 weeks, only to still get no result.

I even have the Reference Numbers, for every time that I Call

Their Service is an absolute disgarce and totally abysmal.

By looking at the complaints that have been sorted out on Hello Peter, it shows that your Organisation doesn't give a damn for the publics opinion. All you are interested in is collecting your amounts at month end. That is where it ends. if it is anything to do with a problem or complaint, Spectramed considers it menial and not worth attending to.

I will never ever recommend Spectramed to ANYONE!! Maybe my enemy, because I know what they get their for their buck and the tough times ahead in dealing with yourselves once they have signed up.
