*****, money hungry and careless

Hi,<br> <br> My Dad needed urgent medical attention last night, he has been paying his premium monthly and up to date with the medical aid SpectraMed, he was told there is a 3 month waiting period. Last night was an emergency and his 3 month waiting period will end on 30 April 2015, that is in 7 days, and they simply refuse to assist in ANY way!!!! We will pay extra on the premium etc so that he could get the correct care that was very much needed!! instead he is in a state hospital and not in a good way at all. SpectraMed you are a bunch of money hungry arrogant people that have absolutely no compassion for your clients what so ever. We do understand that this is in fact a case of ***** and i will make sure that this story spreads far and wide on social media in the hope other people who want to join the SpectraMed scheme can think twice about it. Kindly also note that my dad has been on a medical aid for 50 years!!!
