Dissapointed

I have been with spectramed for about 15 years now without any problems, n I always recommended it thinking its the best medical aid until this far.<br> <br> what I'm experiencing now is a shock of my life n a huge disappointment :I went to Rosepark Hospital for a check up for my medical problem and I was told to pay R1000 cash for Co-admition and another R1500 cash for the Scan.<br> <br> After the check up, I was told I have to do the Spinal Surgery which will be on the 19th august 2015 and im supposed to pay R4500 cash for the main operation before the surgery can commence...that all adds up to R7000!!! cash, I do not have such money, I expect my Medical aid to come handy in this situation. Whats the point of having a Spectramed medical aid if I will have 2 pay such huuuge amounts before everything...that is just a *******. Im in pains and need to do this surgery ASAP... Do whats right for your clients and dont turn your back in time of need, I believe i have a medical aid for a reason! SPECTRA AZURE
