DISHONEST

In December 2014 my son went in for a operation I got the authorization no from the medical aid they told me on my plan I have no co-payment I still ask them do they pay the hospital she told me yes. Months later I receive hospital bills and dr bills the medical aid didn't want to pay. When I contact them they said they only pay R800 for the whole procedure, this they never told me when I got a auth no. Even the R800 they struggle to pay. They didn't notify me on any statements or in fact for months I didn't receive any statements. We had to cancell immediately because we could not trust them anymore. They had no complaints when I cancelled even send me a membership certificate. Months later they want over R22 000 because we did not give 3 months cancellation. This after I paid over R13 000 for the operation they should have paid. Now I receive sms from them they going to put me on ITC if I do not pay the money. They didn't pay the claims didn't send out any statements of any nature and they still want over R22 000. What kind of people is this. Please note this is my 2nd letter they did contact me but pass the buck who never contact me again.
