Disgusted Poor Service

<p>I have immigrated to Australia. Before we left I contacted Spectramed to inform them that I will be leaving the country and that I wish to cancel my medical aid.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also followed that up in writing with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>To my disbelieve Spectramed went and took fund from my account after I have cancelled the cover with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then arranged for the funds to be reversed back into my account. The following month again now, they have taken a DOUBLE debit from my accoutn of R9866.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am beyond disgusted with this poor service and the nerve they have to keep on taking funds from my account after I have cancelled telephonically and in writing, stop the payment with the bank and reversed the funds back into my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>Worst service and company ever!!!</p>
