Deliberate theft of money

My old man has retired beginning of the year and over a month ago we phoned in and sent an email for cancellation which the consultant said they will phone at the end of the day to confirm. Now every week we phone they claim that nothing has been received (from us or postnet) or done despite having proof of the emails from them. we have phoned and spoken to more then 3 different people and they all keep giving a different email address so they can keep you on their plan to ***** all your money. Under no circumstances should anyone sign up with them as they will refuse to let you go and force undue payments its getting to the point that lawyers are needed!!
