Deducting extra money
We cancelled our medical aid with spectramed end of Sep. 1st of Oct they desucted oct instalment. They even sent me the certificate stating that we are off the 31st oct. Now they deducted anither instalment for what??? I want my money back as they are taking money that is not neccesary. I had it with this companies that think they can just take and take.
