<p>Extremely disappointed with the service from this medical aid. They supp**** me with wrong information about the termination date and had me fit the bill for an extra month because one of their staff was ***********. It went far as to even speaking to the team leader who even refused to back date the call an at least listen to the conversation between the consultant and myself. As a result, they refused to cooperate and made me fit the bill for one of their petty mistakes. I will not recommended this scheme to anyone.</p>
