Consumer nightmare / *******

I am beyond frustrated and disgusted with the services received from spectramed. 20% of my salary goes to this medical aid scheme. They do not pay claims. I have had to follow up now for the last two months, as the provider of the services has now been hassling me for payments. Really disappointed and feel like I am being ****** blind.
