CLAIMS NOT PAID OUT

Ive been trying to get assistance since Dec 14 regarding claims not paid out for a hospital visit via the ER for 3 days. not one account has been paid by Spectramed. No assistance from the call centre agents, email receipts are confirmed but never ever rep**** to or attended to. There is no-one but the call centre agents you can speak to regarding your query. My contributions are paid monthly without Spectramed having to phone me asking why I have not paid. I ensure that their rules are followed (autho no etc) therefore I EXPECT SPECTRAMED TO DO THE SAME FOR ME...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
