Claims not paid

<p>Dear sir or madam</p> <p>My doctor has submitted many claims to Spectramed, but they he has received a feed back that the my medical aid is suspended, which is incorrect. Those accounts were resubmitted and I even emailed them those accounts again last. They have not responded. It is virtually impossible to get through those thick heads who work their. There is no senior person one could speak to. I find them under-s****ed, ineffecient and disgusting. They have very bad ratings on hello peter website</p>
