Chronic medication Optipharm

<p>Spectramed forces ****iacl aid memebrs to get chronic medication thorugh Optipharm. Opthipharm has been sold to Dischem. I have not received my chronic medication for the past 3 months, but it has been billed to spectramed. I have aleted both spectramed and optipharm of this. I still am without medication. Know today I get an sms that my script has lapsed. What did they do with my past 3 months medication? Why has it not been delivered? I have asked for a statement from Optipharm. No joy. Spectramed just forward my mials to them It has been two wweeks that I have tried to sort this. At this stage I ahve paid for 3 months of chronic medication, but no credit has been done by spectramed as they have paid optipharm. How many cases is there like this? I need to leave my medical aid and join another.</p>
