Cant get through superviser-Not happy with policy

I have an issue with my Spectramed (AZURE option) medical scheme (Membership no. ***) - I pay more than R5400 per month for a family of 4. My Saver benefit only provides about R13000 per year for general medical expenses. I need glasses for driving at night which is going to cost about R4000. And I am on antidepressants of which is not listed as a chronic condition, which cost R450 per month. That adds up to about R9400 which has to come out of My Saver, leaving only just over R3000 for the whole year for a family of 4 for general medical expenses.....its not enough!!!! Anyway towards the end of each year(besides the glasses) I have used the whole of My Saver benefits and end up paying in on top of the R5400. I keep getting shuffled around on the phone and keep getting cut off and cant get through to a supervisor to discuss this. Was also told a supervisor would call me back which they did not! R5400 per month for medical insurance.....its a *******!! I'm sick of it and am ready to look for another medical scheme.
