My mom is unfortunately a member of this useless so called "medical aid". She app**** and received authorisation from Spectramed for injections into her eye. They won't pay (after the 3rd one) as there is no motivation?

DON'T EVER USE THIS MEDICAL AID - THEIR MOST EXPENSIVE OPTION IS MORE THAN DISCOVERY'S EXECUTIVE PLAN AND GIVES YOU LESS BENEFITS.
