BEYOND A JOKE!

<p>So long as you pay your HUGELY exaggerated monthly premuims everything is perfect. But heaven forbid you have a query with this joke of a medical aid. You get thrown from pillar to post, a million different answers, and no joy at all. One of just many queries over the years, my current one is just beyond a joke. I have had a few physio visits, paid them from my pocket, sent in the documents to claim. The funds were repaid to "the practice" The practice themselves called Spectramed to advise, firstly they were contracted out of medical aid, and secondly that no refund had indeed been received by them. 4 phone calls and 2 emails later each time getting a different story, I am still no closer to getting this query resolved. Their premiums are exhorbatant, but servce is zero. Sad SA has become a NO service country!!!</p>
