beware of spectramed medical aid

dear sir/ madam.. about 18 months ago my wife went for her yearly gynae chech up at femina clinic. then didnt seem to be nothing much wrong with her and the gynae dr. dempers said to her that she should see him in a years time again for a check up . as i have my own business i had decided to join spectramed for myself my young daughter and my wife about 6 months ago which cost me around 5000.00 per month. unknown to anyone of my family my wifes uterus got detached in the meantime and as we didnt know nor sure of what was happening, firstly went to see our house dr. rous whom then adviced her that she had to go see a gynae urgently asher uterus was detached as she needed to be operated urgently..this happened about 3 weeks ago. we duly went to see dr. dempers who requested that she be operated urgently due to the prolapsed uterus... spectramed has failed to pay any costs saying that it was a undisclosed ailment and duly terminated her membership. i kindly request your advice on this. spectramed just took my monthly contributions till they realized that there would have been expenses and cancelled her membership in bad faith..
