Bad service Spectramed Medical Aid

Spectramed Medical Aid,

Very poor at what they do and how they work. They don't keep to there word nor do they ever get back to you on any queries. Chronic medication is suppose to be paid in full, they lie as I was in hospital got authorization then a month later I found out they did not pay the bill. So how is it that Chronic is suppose to be covered with them. They say they are but then you still get the bills to pay for your stuff. Now I can't go for follow ups as they did not pay, If I pay the bill I can go for follow ups.

I have sent emails and emails query this and still a month and half later no one has come back to me to sort out the claim.
