bad service

We cancelled our medical aid with Spectramed in April 2015. I got a unprofessional sms from a company called Ergometrix which said I must pay R1791.66 overdue from Spectramed. I phoned them and they said I cancelled my medical aid but did not cancel my savings. I then phoned Spectramed and asked them if I had to cancel my savings when I cancelled my medical aid and they said no everything will be cancelled together, so I asked why did you hand me over to such a unproffesional company and why must I pay this amount.She then rep**** that it is because we over used our saving. I then asked why is it taking them 8 months, why didn't they contact us they still have all our details which she could not answer she said a Supervisor will phone us and she will email me regarding this payment, which never happened. I phoned them last week Tuesday 22nd December and nothing yet. I was never handed over for anything in my life I am so upset about this.
