Bad medical cover

Hello peter ive been with spectramed for over 2 year and ive been paying over 2000 Rand, ive been admitted for scopes this year, after everything done i thought that everything was covered. Now for the last 4 months ive been recieving an invoice for a extra doctor that was helping and i ask the medical and they sail the wil sort the payment, now im stil recieving an invoice that thy did not pay, when you have toe see a specialist, you have to pay cash upfront, before you have to go for a procedure you have to pay cash up front, you get a saving of 2500 rand to see doctor and when you go for dental work the payment comes of the saving, so why pay for a medical aid if you still have to pay for half of the ****,
