Bad Chairman Line

I recently tried to contact the chairmans number. A number received via sms to its members, stating that the chairman cares and this was an avenue to make contact with him. This past Friday I tried calling this number, only to be on hold and not attended to. As attached from screen shots you will see that the second call i was on hold for 17 minutes till i eventuallu put down.
