Awful service

<p>I have sent 8 emails to Spectramed, as well as 3 claims, and have requested acknowledgement of receipt on each mail, and have not had one reply! I received an email 30 Nov to say my contributions would increase by R200, and then in January it went up by R800! I visited their offices in Boskruin to varify how much Savings I have, and with my last claim, I asked for a refund from my Savings, but once again, no reply. I have savings from every year for the past 5 years, surely I can use this for medical bills paid?!? If I don't get a reply now, my next step is to report them to the Medical Council!</p>
