Avoid at all costs
Since Spectramed has been managed by Agility they are more than bad. They should be avoided at all costs We got authorization for a catheter replacement for a quadraplegic brain damaged patient after we were given the go ahead for theatre we are now having to pay the bills they refuse to pay all the bills they authorized. They failed to mention that when we app**** for authorization. <br> The Doctors treating this patient are refusing treatment if we remain with Spectramed. When is something going to be done about Agility and Spectramed.
