Agility is bad for Spectramed

I was booked for surgery 12th January 2016 after I finished my chemotherapy the 17th December 2015. On Monday 4th January 2016 Kyrie from Dr Serrurrier's office tried to obtain authorization. She was told to phone the next day as they are too busy to help her that day. Friday 8th January Kyrie tried again and spoke to Linda. Linda promised to phone me back that Friday or early Monday morning. Needless to say nobody phoned me. Kyrie informed me that only a few codes were approved and that is not acceptable and all went in for re-authorization. I was told to come in on the 12th to see Dr Serrurier as the Medical Adviser will speak directly to Dr Serrurier. I waited from 8 am till 2pm with no service from Spectramed. We phoned numerous times to find out progress. The Medical Adviser refuse to speak to dr Serrurier. 13:45 a Dr Peter Lovemore wanted to speak to Dr Serrurier and he had to be called out of theatre...how unprofessional from their side. Dr Serrurier was asked to write a detailed motivation of what he wants to do. Authorization innitialy given was amended yesterday and again this morning. Now I must pay half. They are harming me in refusing me critical care.
